In case, the buyer receives the product in “Damaged”, “Defective” or any condition as mentioned above, then they can conveniently place a return request within 7 days after you've received an order.
To return a product, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at our helpline number +91 09829741414 / 0294-2410641. Please provide us with the following details while placing the return request.
Post receiving your request, TCC Team will confirm the return request and will inform you about the return process. It is advised that the items to be returned are adequately packaged. The final decision of the request will lie with TCC and cannot be contested.
Please ensure that the product is in unused and in original condition, with the seal unbroken and includes everything from the package e.g. price tags, labels, original packing, invoice and other items.
Once your return request is accepted by The Chemical Center, the entire refund amount (except the Internet handling fees as mentioned above in certain cases) will be reversed back to you through NEFT/RTGS within 7-10 working days after the returned product is received by the supplier.
Product can be replaced if a wrong/damaged/defective/expired product has been delivered. Following terms shall be applicable.
You can cancel the order any time before it gets dispatched. To cancel the order, you will need to email us at email@example.com stating the order ID. After your request, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order. The same will be notified to you by email. Your entire order amount will be refunded through NEFT/RTGS within 7-10 working days.
