The MSW-253 is a high-temperature furnace designed for applications requiring curing at temperatures up to 1450°C, with a working temperature range up to 1400°C. Equipped with a Microprocessor Based Digital Temperature Indicator-cum-controller, it ensures precise temperature control. The furnace features silicon-carbide heating elements for uniform temperature distribution and is mounted on a robust M.S. frame with CRC Sheet coating. The chamber, made of CUMILAG tiles, offers a unique combination of chemical and mechanical stability. The furnace employs Bubble alumina insulating refractories, providing low heat capacity and excellent resistance to high service temperatures. Noteworthy features include high refractoriness, low thermal conductivity, and a THYRISTORISED POWER DRIVE for precise control.
